The client is based in Al Marabea area. The Client is looking for someone who can start ASAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for someone who has experience working with individuals and small groups of children. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant , you will be working closely with the class teachers to support, motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful individual must have the ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results and have the capacity to work collaboratively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ideal candidates will:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a Level 2 or 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or relevant SEN Learning Support Assistant diploma, is desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have previous employed or voluntary work experience within a similar setting is essential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be supportive, nurturing, empathetic and friendly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display clear and strong communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide 2 references from within the past 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have previous experience working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support pupils who are experiencing learning difficulties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to establish meaningful positive relationships quickly;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If this role of 'SEN Learning Support assistant' sounds like something you'd be interested in, please apply below.
