For Learning Support Assistants
If you are an experienced LSA looking for your next role in the UAE — whether with a school, a family, or in a specialist setting — we support your placement journey from registration through to offer.
For LSAs
Your LSA Placement, Handled Properly
Finding quality LSA work in the UAE involves more than posting your CV online. School hiring cycles, family placement timings, visa requirements, and the range of curricula across KHDA-regulated and MOE-recognised institutions all affect when and where roles become available. Our team understands this landscape and works actively to match you to the roles that fit your skills, experience level, and preferred working arrangement.
We work with LSAs seeking day-to-day school roles, long-term in-school contracts, home-based placements with private families, and full-time positions. Whether you are newly arrived in Dubai, already working in Abu Dhabi, or planning your move to the UAE, we will talk you through what is available and what the registration process involves.
Our Approach
Finding the Right Placement for You
We take time to understand your background before we match you to any role. That means looking at your qualifications, any specialist training, the age groups and support types you have experience with, and your preferred working arrangement. We do not place you in a school or family setting unless we believe it is a genuine fit — for you and for the learner you will be supporting.
LSAs registered with us have access to roles across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, spanning British, American, and IB curriculum schools as well as private home-based placements. We also support LSAs with experience in autism spectrum support, People of Determination provision, language and communication intervention, and behavioural support.

Background Checks and Clearances
All LSAs placed through us are required to provide relevant background clearances before starting any role. For candidates based in the UK or with a UK work history, an enhanced DBS check is standard. For UAE-resident candidates, a UAE police clearance certificate is required. We will advise you on exactly what is needed based on your situation and the role you are being considered for.
