Prism 7 Education are currently working with a client who are looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student in KS1 . The client is based in Al Marabea area. The Client is looking for someone who can start ASAP.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with individuals and small groups of children. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant , you will be working closely with the class teachers to support, motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential

The successful individual must have the ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results and have the capacity to work collaboratively.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have a Level 2 or 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development or relevant SEN Learning Support Assistant diploma, is desirable
• Have previous employed or voluntary work experience within a similar setting is essential
• Be supportive, nurturing, empathetic and friendly
• Display clear and strong communication skills
• Fluent communication
• Provide 2 references from within the past 2 years

• Have previous experience working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant.
• Support pupils who are experiencing learning difficulties
• Be able to establish meaningful positive relationships quickly;
