Key Responsibilities:

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance and support to students with SEN and other learning difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Tracking student progress and reporting to teachers and families

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related field
  • Experience in an American curriculum or international school environment (preferred)
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Team player with the ability to work under guidance of classroom teachers
